Marie-José Francois: :
She began her career at the VOG group as a hairdresser then salon manager. Today, as the Group Branch Manager, i.e. 29 salons and 295 employees, her role consists, among other things, of ensuring the VOG COIFFURE and TCHIP COIFFURE concepts are respected and creating momentum with a view to developing employees’ and therefore customers’ loyalty.

Erwan Givelet: Managing Director
Having trained at the Institut National de la Parfumerie et Cosmétique (French National Perfume and Cosmetics Institute), he worked at the family multi-site perfume business for 5 years then joined the VOG group in 1996.

Nino Biondolillo: Coordination Manager
Having trained as a hairdresser, he joined the VOG group in 1983 then successively held the position of manager then training officer, which he shared with Jean-Luc Fusillier for 15 years.
In 1998, he was entrusted with the position of Coordination Manager.

Catherine Debuisson: Communications Executive
After a DEUG (French diploma taken after 2 years at university) in law and 3 years at ESAD, she held the position of Office Manager for 10 years in financial circles then representative in pharmaceutical products at the SERVIER pharmaceutical company. She then joined the VOG group in 2002 as Franck François’ personal assistant and has held the position of Communications and Events Executive since January 2003.

Jean-Luc Fusillier: Development Manager
Having trained as a hairdresser, he joined the VOG group aged 20 in 1981 as a hairdresser then manager. He then shared the artistic management of the Group with Nino Biondolillo for almost 15 years. Since 1996, he has held the position of Development Manager.

Amandine Gavand: Management Executive
After a DEUG in sociology, she did a hairdressing training course and joined the VOG Group in 1998 as a coordinator. As well as being the Management Executive, she also holds the position of Regional Coordination Manager for part of the Nord area.

Philippe Ingels: Training Officer
Having trained as a hairdresser, he joined the VOG group aged 20 and occupied the position of training officer there at 22. Between 1985 and 2003, he left his job to open 7 salons under one of the Group’s trade names: VOG COIFFURE. Then in 2003, he sold off his salons and resumed the management of the Lille and Paris Formul’A schools.
